Phillip O'Loughlin died suddenly at home on October 7th 2007 aged just 52 years. He lived in Birmingham and leaves behind a loving wife,his 2 sons,his grandaughter,brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Phil was a joker and loved winding people up he would also do anything for his family. He adored his grandaughter for the short time that he knew her. He was the life and soul of every party and knew how to put a smile on everybody's face.
